and accordingly none of the above shall constitute direct loss.

Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or restrict the liability of Cornwall Agri-food Council for fraudulent misrepresentation and/or for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of Cornwall Agri-food Council, its officers, employees, agents and/or sub-contractors.

Use of Site

Cornwall Agri-food Council authorises you to view and download the materials on this web site for commercial use by you or by your business, provided that any proprietary rights notices, marks, logos or other legends that appear on the copied screens remain on, and are not removed from the printed or stored images of such screens.
