Governing Law

These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Limitation of Liability

Cornwall Agri-food Council shall not have any liability to you in respect of any of the following loss or damage (whether such loss or damage was foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):

• loss of profits or revenue;

• loss of use or downtime; or

and accordingly none of the above shall constitute direct loss.

Nothing in this agreement shall exclude or restrict the liability of Cornwall Agri-food Council for fraudulent misrepresentation and/or for death or personal injury arising as a result of the negligence of Cornwall Agri-food Council, its officers, employees, agents and/or sub-contractors.
